-Update notification System delay

Signals will now be notified: Immediately when detected on the current forming bar (bar 0)
As soon as a bar closes for confirmed signals (bar 1)

Notify Only for High Grades - Filter to only get A+/A/B grade signals
Buy/Sell Alert Sounds - Customizable sound files for each signal type
How It Works:
Notifications are triggered only for new signals on the current bar (real-time)
Prevents duplicate notifications for the same bar
Provides detailed information including:
Symbol name
Signal type (BUY/SELL)
Signal grade (A+, A, B, C, D, F)
Signal score percentage
Price level
Timestamp
