Tất cả filters được check trong function CheckAllFilters()
Thứ tự ưu tiên: Session → Time → News → Spread
Panel hiển thị trạng thái của mỗi filter

📊 Panel Information Now Shows:

Current trading session
News filter status (OK/BLOCKED/OFF)
All positions with breakeven/partial/locked profit status
Balance, Equity, Free Margin in proper format

🔧 Technical Improvements:

All error messages in English
No non-Latin characters anywhere
Proper GMT time handling for sessions
Better code organization
