Added notifications when the candle breaks out Sell/Buy Lines and closes below or above it.

New indicator parameters:
- Notifications (true/false): if true, choose how the indicator will send notifications to you.
- Alert (true/false): display a message in a separate window.
- Send push message (true/false): send push notifications to the mobile terminals with MetaQuotes IDs specified in the Notifications tab.
- Send an email (true/false): send an email at the address specified in the Email tab of the Options window.
