Hello @keangel,
Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. The UZFX Daily Trade Guard EA is designed not to interfere with live trades unnecessarily, and it should only close trades when the set daily limits are reached, unless configured otherwise.
A few clarifications:
Daily Limits – The EA tracks profit/loss based on closed trades + floating P/L. If the floating drawdown plus closed losses temporarily push your account near the loss limit, the EA will act to secure capital.
Manual Trading Mode – When Allow Manual Trading is enabled, the EA should stop blocking manual entries after the limit is hit. However, at the moment the limit is breached, all open/pending positions are first closed to enforce the rule. The “manual trading” option applies after that point, meaning you can still place new manual trades for the day.
Possible Settings Conflict – Sometimes broker time zones, GMT offset, or mismatched inputs can trigger early closures.
To investigate further, could you please share:
Your EA input settings (screenshot or list)
The broker/platform logs (to see which trigger was detected)
This will help me identify whether it’s a configuration issue, broker feed issue, or if the EA needs an adjustment in the next update.
My goal is always to protect traders’ funds while ensuring flexibility. I will review this carefully and release a patch if necessary.
Thank you again for raising this, and I’d be happy to assist you directly so you can get the intended safe use from the EA.
Best regards,
UZFX LABS
Hello, I would like to know :
1) Can this EA use with other EA? I mean control the other EA?
2) If I dont want Daily Limit for Loss, what suppose I put in the parameter?
Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your questions! Let me clarify:
Using with Other EAs – Yes, the UZFX Daily Trade Guard EA can work alongside other EAs. It doesn’t open trades itself, but it monitors all trades on the account (manual + EA). If your other EA is running, this EA will still apply the daily profit/loss guard by closing trades and blocking new ones once the limits are hit. In that sense, it does “control” the other EA by enforcing risk management rules across the whole account.
Disabling Daily Loss Limit – If you don’t want to enforce a daily loss limit, simply set the Daily Loss Limit parameter to a very large negative number (e.g., -999999 ). This way, it will never be reached under normal conditions, and effectively the EA won’t stop trading due to losses.
This gives you flexibility — you can choose to use only the profit target, only the loss limit, or both together.
Horrible EA. I set my profit and loss way much higher, profit $2000 and loss $1000; I set it to Manual trading. And it closes all my live trades at a loss!! My loss is way way much lower than $1000, and no matter what shouldn't it switch to manual trading since I already activated it, instead of force closing all my live position
I believe you put Daily Loss Limit with 1000 instead of -1000. You simply forgot the "-".

Thank you. Youre godsend. This EA is excellent utility EA to manage martingale base EA to not overtrade per day. I will give proper rating after using this week. Thank you again.
