"Here is a nice example of confluence where T1 (M5), T2 (M15), T3 (M30), today's open, and H1 resistance all aligned to reject the price of gold. This was a pinpoint price to take some profit and protect the rest or close all positions."
Target 3 on the H4 chart has been surpassed, and the price has been rejected at the Order Block (OB). Order Blocks are highly effective in ranging markets. Statistical indicates a very high probability of a retracement or reversal upon reaching Target 3..
One more nice confluence on Gold multiple tf breakout up (H1 target1) (yellow label) + target3 M5 + close to order block (H1)
another example on confluence mtf breakouts and daily support line marked in yellow rectangle on chart
A few moment later target reach out and price temporary rejected. In the meantime dynamic target of lower tf like m5 m2 and m15 readjusted with new candle formation but the main h1 and h4 target did not. this is normal and typical price action
