Added automatic commission calculation. The commissions will be automatically included in the Bid-Ask width, now users do not have to manually find the best factor for their commission.

Improved the code base for better maintenance and incorporating future changes

Added feature to turn-off auto-closing of all positions at market-close. By default the EA would close all positions at market close, now you can toggle closing off if you wish to carry the trade over-night. For those who prefer the original way can leave the setting at default. This was a feature requested by a user that I thought was worth adding.
Thank you so much for 2800+ downloads. I've received many good feedback for this EA. However maintaining this EA through all the updates and feature additions costs me a lot of time.
