Specification

May I request the programmers to submit expression of interest to develop an EA which will be used for real forex trading in MT4 platform? The EA will track symbol price in 15 sec interval. Therefore, only the programmers who can program based on 15 sec time interval are encouraged to submit the expression of interest.
