MQL4 Experts Trading robot/indicator debugging

Specification

I need an EA that will initiate a trade immediately MACD (12,26,9) crosses the zero (0) mark line and the RSI also has immediately crossed the 50 mark level. The respective trades should be closed once the MACD is in the opposite direction and equals (=) the zero (0) mark that is both for the Buy and sell orders. There is no existing stop loss nor take profit. The EA should close the trade once the MACD is equals to zero. The lot size should be maintained at 0.1 with a time-frame set at H1.

Let me know anyone willing to create the above EA (specify the price charge and period to complete the EA)
