Translate MQL4 to MQL5.

It is required to translate the code of the adviser from MQL4 programming language version to MQL5.

Требуется перевести код советника с языка программирования MQL4 на MQL5.

 Requirements:

1. Implement in the advisor’s option the calculation of the automatic calculation of the lot using the formula of 0.01 lot per 500 units of deposit currency. Options in the advisor are Lot1, Lot2 

2. Translate version MT4 to the version MT5.

3. Advisor MT5 version should be written taking into account that after the translation to the MQL5  it can be validated on the MQL5.com market.
