Tradingview Pine script conversion and dashboard

Hi, Looking for somebody who might be able to convert the below 2 pine script indicators from tradingview across to MT4:

Stage 2 would be to have a dashboard that can also send notification alerts for up to 40 currency pairs based on the above 2 indicators and a 3rd the MACD.

All the indicators can be seen in the attached 

How much it would it cost to translate the indicators?

How much would it cost to build stage 2?
