Trading alert system that checks EMAs across multiple currencies

Hello,

I am looking to create an alert system with the following requirements:

TRIGGER:

WHEN CLOSED Price crosses under/ crosses overEMA  XX of CURRENCY on TIMEFRAME

CONDITIONS:

1)    IF EMAxx/CLOSED PRICE is ABOVE/UNDER EMAxxof CURRENCY on TIMEFRAME

            OR EMAxx/CLOSED PRICE is ABOVE/UNDEREMAxx of CURRENCY on TIMEFRAME

OR EMAxx/CLOSED PRICE is ABOVE/UNDER EMAxx of CURRENCY on TIMEFRAME

OR EMAxx/CLOSED PRICE is ABOVE/UNDER EMAxx of CURRENCY on TIMEFRAME

OR EMAxx/CLOSED PRICE is ABOVE/UNDER EMAxx of CURRENCY on TIMEFRAME

AND

2)    IF EMAxx/CLOSED PRICE is ABOVE/UNDER EMAxxof CURRENCY on TIMEFRAME

            OR EMAxx/CLOSED PRICE is ABOVE/UNDEREMAxx of CURRENCY on TIMEFRAME

OR EMAxx/CLOSED PRICE is ABOVE/UNDER EMAxx of CURRENCY on TIMEFRAME

OR EMAxx/CLOSED PRICE is ABOVE/UNDER EMAxx of CURRENCY on TIMEFRAME

OR EMAxx/CLOSED PRICE is ABOVE/UNDER EMAxx of CURRENCY on TIMEFRAME

è Up to 15 conditions

-       It is important that the AND & EITHER/OR conditions are fullfiled within a certain amount of minutes that can be customized

-       The conditions do not need to happen in a strict sequence. The first condition (EMA CROSS is the trigger to check all conditions)

-       The trigger is an EMA CROSS. The other conditions are just looking at ABOVE or UNDER.

-       Alerts are reactivated after a certain amount of minutes and the time I need to be able to customize

-       I need to be able to choose the time when alerts are active (e.g. 02:00AM – 03:00PM)

-       I need to be able to choose between crossing over and crossing under only for TRIGGER.

-       I need a text field that I can customize as alert message

-       Alerts need to be able to be sent thru eMail

-       dashboard for me to see the status of each alert.

To give an example: 

TRIGGER

Price crosses above EMA50 on EUR USD (M15) 

CONDITIONS

1)    AND EMA50 is above 200 of GBPUSD (M15) 

OR EMA200 is above EMA800 GBPUSD (H4)

2)    AND Closed price of AUDUSD (H1) is above EMA50 

OR EMA13 is above EMA50 of AUDUSD (H1)

OR EMA50 is under EMA200 of EURUSD (M15)

3)    AND Closed price of EURUSD (M15) is under EMA5

All conditions need to be met within:            15 minutes                  after TRIGGER. 

After successful alert reactivation after:       15 minutes                  

Alerts are only to be sent from:                     9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
