Simple but reliable EA

I need a reliable EA for backtesting and LIVE trading as well. By saying reliable i mean:

- Do Broker's Digit Recognizing (5-points vs 4-points etc)
- Do Money Management (as account grows lots increase and vice versa or use a standard % of capital) 
- Proper Magic# Identification when using multiple EAs on live
- Proper Symbol Differentiation (more than one symbol and one TF)
- There's almost always NO order Accounting Process 

-Entry, exit, SL, Trail SL, Limits in pips and in % (from entryprice)
-Pre-Checks for TradeContexBusy nor for any communication with Server is Un-found (addressed using a Mutex)
- handle/check if trade show up in the order history mt4 
- Properly manage server communication orders for multiple EAs
- Disaster Recovery in case of a loss connection with server/internet and handle any open orders accordingly
- BackTest compatible
-Handle weekends so to be able to turn it on/off through extern 

I ll need the source code with good comments.

Custom Indicators will be provided for testing

I ll need also the following using a simple Custom Indicator I m gonna provide you (that will be two simple EMA crossing each other like 20 and 80).

Entry rules:

1. Entry will be on every cross only of the two buffers (EMA 20 && EMA 80) or

2. Enter  (as an extern option)  a trade ONLY after price moves some distance after the cross. I should be able to give this distance in pips or in % (from the cross).

Exit rules:

1. Exit will be done in next cross of the two buffers (EMA 20 && EMA 80). If that happens it should reenter immidiately in the very same candle (if there is a cross of course) or

2. Exit will be done in the Stop Loss (if activated – if set to 0 zero then there is no SL) or 

3. Exit will be done using by the Trailing Stop Loss (if activated – if set to 0 zero then there is no TSL)  or

4. Exit will be done by Target Profit (if activated – if set to 0 zero then there is no TP) 

SL, SL&TSL and TP can stand alone without needing each other.
