Convert to mq5 an easy and short indicator (less than 100lines)

I need to convert an indicator from mq4 to mq5 with a very little adjustment.

The indicator is really easy and short. It uses the cross of bollinger bands, in order to define previous Low or High.

Little adjustment:  the indicator now only works with 1minute timeframe and you need to make it works with "current period" time frame (in other words: it must work in every timeframe).
