I need a programmable MT4 terminal alert

Hello coders,

I need a code which places an MT4 terminal alert which can be seen in the Alerts within the Terminal. Just to be sure, I mean this terminal alert:

The code should be something like this:

void SetTerminalAlert (
   double price,
   int action,          //0: sound, 1: file, 2: mail, 3: notification
   string source,       //only used if action is file (filename) or mail (mail-text)
);

Expiration should always be removed, so that the alert must always removed manually.

Iterations can stay the default 5.
