I want someone to write an expert advisor which is very simple

Basically it works with tow MA lines and stochastic oscillator

Description of my EA

1. Stoch signal line should be more than 80 or less than 20 (lets go for less than 20 )

2. Stoch line should be less than signal line

3. Blue MA line should be greater than red MA line

4. If we have open buy position then do nothing

5. If we don’t have any open buy position then buy

Opposed things for sell

* all events happen when the candles are closed
