HULL CROSSOVER EA

I need an EA that operates based on 2 hull MA CROSSOVER, (for 4HOUR the settings are 6 for minor HULL MA, and 12 for mayor HULL MA)
in this way i need it to OPen LONG POSITIONS when minor HULL MA Cross UP over mayor HULL MA (BUY SIGNAL), and that automatically close it in the opposite SIGNAL (SELL SIGNAL)
I also need that when the opposite Signal closes  the LONG POSITION, it opens a SHORT POSITION that will be automatically closed when a new BUY SIGNAL its generated by the Hull Crossover, and then OPEN A LONG POSITION again that will be closet when the next SELL SIGNAL gets generated,  and the cycle goes on..
