Need help creating a set if indicators into one with licence.

I have a set of 7 .EXE indicator file i wish to program into an mt4 installation file.
So that, when someone get the file, he will click to install it and then select his MT4 where it will be installed.
The software will be protected with license meant for one particular mt4 account.
