Expert Advisor Signal No Automatic Trading

Dear Community,

I am looking for an EA which sends me signals but does not trade automatically.

EA has to identify trends (up/down) in different timeframes.

Simultaniously EA has to check in an other timeframe the RSI, as soon as it reaches a certain level.

EA has to check candlesticks in the same timeframe in which the RSI is checked, untill they reach an other indikator.

Signals must be in Buy and in Sell.
