Ea update, adding a few new parameters

I have an EA that I bought and would like to someone to make something similar but add a few more parameters to it. I put it as an attachment so you can have an idea of what I want. the rest of the parameters is as follows:

my broker allows me to have a maximum of 1000 positions open. I am looking for someone that can get the EA to place multiple pending stop orders at the same time. I also I would like for those pending orders to reset itself according to the price every minute. for example if I place a stop order for eur/usd 100 points away from current price and eur/usd moves up 30 points within 60 seconds  or whatever amount of seconds I choose to put, I would like the pending orders to reset and be 100 points away from that current price. I also would like the EA to open new pending stop orders after an open position closes, even if the trade wins or loses. I would also like to add times where the EA can automatically open pending orders and close them. Anyone that is interested just let me know and I will give you the name of the EA I bought. IF that is not possible I can just give you the parameters of the EA and you can just make me a new one.
