1to2-trades daily EA with time-and-price-based rules

Hi , I am looking for a programmer that can help me write an EA for MT4 based on the following.  Am also looking to build a relationship for future projects if the EA is well made.
I'll need the source code. 

This EA will only trade max 2 trades a day , the rules as follows.

1. Period of time1 ( parameter ) - the EA will Look for the highest [high1] and lowest[low1] point between this period.

Trade no.1   

1. Another Period of time 2 (parameter) -  EA will queue x pips above or below( parameter ) the high1 point  
     &   will queue y pips above or below( parameter ) the low1 point.

2. When either of the queued position is triggered, it will cancel the other queue position.

3. Take Profit point (parameter) and Stop Loss point (parameter) will be placed.

4. A Price based Trailing Stop loss will be initiated after the market move Z pips in the direction of the trade.

5. Lot size (Parameter) will be based on  % of the capital  or  a fixed number  [I will need to be able to choose]

6. ONCE TP or Trailing SL in profit, the EA will not initiate any more trades for the day.

Trade no. 2     - Must still be in Period of time 2

1. IF Trade no.1 SL -  I can choose between this 3 possibilities.   (as a parameter )

Possibility 1

EA will queue X2 pips above or below( new parameter ) the high1 point  

&   will queue Y2 pips above or below( new parameter ) the low1 point.

When either of the queued position is triggered, it will cancel the other queue position.

Possibility 2

EA will queue X2 pips above or below( new parameter ) the high1 or low1 point.. BUT ONLY in the same direction as trade 1
meaning- if  trade 1 is long,  trade 2 will only queue long above/below the high1 point

Possibility 3

EA will queue X2 pips above or below( new parameter ) the high1 or low1 point.. BUT ONLY in the opposite direction as trade 1    
meaning- if  trade 1 is long,  trade 2 will only queue short above/below the low1 point

2. Take Profit point (parameter) and Stop Loss point (parameter) will be placed. 

3. A Price based Trailing Stop loss will be initiated after the market move Z2 pips in the direction of the trade.

4. Lot size (Parameter) will be based on  % of the capital  or  a fixed number  [I will need to be able to choose]

5. After the 2nd trade, no matter profit or loss, the EA will not initiate new trades for the day.

End of Day

1. Period of time 3(Parameter) - if a trade goes into this period. Hit market to close position.

2. Reset all the collected info  [high1 and low1 and trade count] and wait for the next period to trade fresh again.
