EA with ability to monitor market and make trades with inbuilt conditions

I want a trading robot that can launch trades with as low as $100. The EA should be able to scan the market based on some conditions and should be able to update a stop loss and take profit automatically based on specific condition and to avoid trades in a level of profit to go back to losses. It should be able to monitor the market direction and activate itself if it achieves certain specified conditions.

The conditions should be in such a way that can be manually set up/ adjusted over time as follows:

gap for taking profits and stopping losses

conditions for bid activation i.e. if x =60% and y= 30% then SELL, but if x=60% and y= 5%, the BUY

Prices can be set manually to identify the highest and lowest movement , but can also be set automatically by the program

NB: I will want the source code for the program.  I will also need the program to be tested  for like 1-2 weeks in a demo account.  The product should be used on any product so far each condition is defined at beginning ie, start price, gap value, profit/loss price etc.  Also I can provide previous information of the market to test it.
