EA with really limit orders

Specification

I need an EA that does as following: in the inputs I insert the price I want to buy, that is lower than actual. The EA monitors the market and when wanted price is reached, sends a market buy order with the limit that it must be executed at that price (or better) BUT NOT WORSE. If the price is worse it doesn't do anything and tries again when price is reached again.

Substantially it must (really) have slippage=0 in respect to wanted price. Please note that the broker has only "market order".
