均线周期为Y，分别是5、10、20、40、50、120、140， 指数平均，以收盘为准


在一个X为周期的上升过程中，首次出现MA5、MA10下穿MA20\40\50120\140所有均线，则发出卖出信号。



在一个X为周期的下跌过程中，首次出现MA5、MA10上穿MA20\40\50120\140所有均线，则发出买入信号。
