Generate chart from MYSQL database 1m data, or from continuously updated file.

I have a database with 1 minute data for 3 different symbols.  This data is being pulled from a 3rd party API via a script.   I want MT5 to read the data and generate charts directly from the database, OR I can have a script pull the data from the database and save it to a file for streaming import into MT5.

The important thing is to generate charts from my custom 1m data.
