Good afternoon.


I need an Expert advisor for Metatrader 4. 
The EA needs to:
  1. Find the highest high and lowest low from a given period. The start hour and end hour to find them are input parameters.
  2. Find the difference between highest high and lowest low. If the difference is bigger than {xxx} pips, the system will not place pending orders. {xxx} is an input parameter.
  3. Trade in a given period. The start and end trading hours are input parameters.
  4. Place a pending order {yyy} pips over and under highest high and lowest low. {yyy} is an input parameter.
  5. The buy order and sell order must have Stop Loss and Take Profit. 
    • The Stop Loss must have 2 options, that I can select
      • Fixed pips.
      • The highest high for sell orders or the lowest low for buy orders
    • The Take profit must have 2 options
      • Fixed pips
      • A factor multiplied by the size of Stop Loss. If the Stop Loss is 50 pips from entry, and factor is 2, the Stop Loss will be 100 pips.

And the option to trade automatically, or to send message by e-mail or push.
