I need the conversion of my MT4 indicator written in Mql4 to Mql5 and include source code. 

I will provide you the code through email if you accept the job .


its simple coding 

Document the code / no other changes to code, only conversion.
There are alerts included but make sure the indicators have all types of alerts. (email/sound/push/allert on current etc.).
