Specification

нуждаюсь в добавлении в индикатор алерта. Имеется всем известный индикатор NeutralHedge Overlay_v4 . В нем, если hedgerange > threshold то trading:Ok  иначе trading: none. К сожалению момент смены none на оk никак не озвучивается. Желательно при появлении сигнала оk сигналить. сигналить в том числе и пуш уведомлением. Также сигнал если hedgerange=0.
То есть два типа алертов:
1. смена none на ok
2. hedgerange=0

и если появился алерт то следующий с задержкой в полчаса(чтоб не бибикал постоянно).
