Fractal Trend Histogram Indicator Upgrade (needs finishing)

I am looking for master programmer that has experience, skills and time to complete existing Fractal Indicator. I will provide written specs (description and variables table) as well as candle bar visual aid with easy to understand rules and logic. I want indicator to complete within 10 days. 

Note: Signal 2, 4, 6 & 8 are formed only after the fractal is formed. 

Signal 0 = no new signal

Logic If more than one signal occurs;

Signal 1 has higher priority than signal 2, 3, 4 

Signal 2 has higher priority than signal 3, 4 

Signal 3 has higher priority than signal 4 

Signal 5 has higher priority than signal 6, 7, 8 

Signal 6 has higher priority than signal 7, 8 

Signal 7 has higher priority than signal 8 

In uptrend, signals 7 & 8 do not apply

In downtrend, signals 3 & 4 do not apply

I would like the  last candle bar (prior to closing) to repaint as required depending on price movement. All closed bars will not repaint.

When last open bar (last bar on chart prior to closing) triggers UpTr indicator turns lime, later price triggers DnTr, indicator turns red. The indicator repaints while the bar is still open. 

When the open bar closes and the last trigger was DnTr then indicator will remain as red. Closed bars do not repaint. H4 on H1 will repaint 4 latest bars
