BUY and SELL limit orders by time

Specification

I need to be able to set a time where the EA will place a limit buy X amount of pips from the price 2 mins prior to the time specified and a limit sell X amount of pips away from the time... needs a SL and TP.


So say I put the time at 11:00pm Australian Eastern Time (required format)... the EA will place a limit buy and sell X pips away from the price at 10:58pm. The buy needs to be X pips above the price and the sell X pips below the price.


After one minute of the trade not taking up the EA needs to cancel all orders.


After five minutes of the trade picking up the trade needs to be closed.
