PROFFESSIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT CONSISTENT INDICATOR NEEDED

i need development of a trading indicator system based on the following. simple price action entries based on confluence of support or resistance line with a coresponding trend line(as shown in attached picture : the example) the following components are neccesary ; ability to identify bullish/bearish trend bias for the given frame and take trends in line with trend bias , the support/resistance/trendlines should be based on strict clear swing levels(points) for the frame it is trading from . For risk management ; minimum risk reward ratio of 2 ;1. stop loss to be based on a few pips just below or above entry.

So this means the strategy/indicator template has to automatically generate resistance/support lines and trendlines then it gives buy or sell signal at the confluence points . 

I will however welcome the idea of adding an extra parameter like an indicator or if a developer has an indicator they belive can perfom equally as well but while adhering to the risk management i have outlined so to help optimise the trading system to maintain A minimum 60% accuracy rate in its entries. trading time frames are m15,m30 ,h1 only.

The placing of stop loss and t.p that i explained above will be done by the help a seperate script that helps measure the exact 2:1 ratio on our entry price when its attached to the chart and showing number of stop loss pips and t.p pips.

In conclusion, my top priority is the risk management aspect i.e the risk reward ratio(whch should be consistent on every trade) and the accuracy rate(which should be consistent too). I will be looking at extensive backtesting and any optimisations that can be done to help maintain the consistency of the system and a description of the various market conditions that the system successfully operates in (that entails aspects like how its accuracy responds to volatility/news releases etc) and the currency pairs and commodities it best works with
