В программе mt4, окно "Терминал", вкладка "Маркет", в ней сверху выбираете "Покупки", в списке находите "Prototype EA" и нажимаете кнопку обновить.

Могу посоветовать "Plutus EA" (Кстати на него скоро выйдет обновление) и "Ghost".
