Grid based EA

I need an EA based on following strategy:

I will add in parameters one price point and grid in pips, then the ea will create virtual horizontal lines from the price point I added.

THis is in order to  have mtf grid. let say I add 1.50000 as the Price point and 100 pips for the girds line then the system will have lines as follows

1.500-100 pips

1.50000

1.500+100 pips

1.500+200 pips

1.500+300 pips

System will design horizontal  lines upon the price points and gird in phps at any point of the price.

We will then use a MA and when buy :  if price goes above ma then wait for the price go above the first gird line  and a pending order buy at second grid line. Tp is the third grid line or percentage % of the grid pips; when tp is hit exit partial lot and pending lot is move to breakeven with a trailing stop. Sl is opposite grid line based pips in parameters and reference price
