Self-optimized EA

Hello,

I am looking for someone to code me an EA that will run optimisation on a few parameters every week, and apply these optimized parameters to the next week of trading. It can also be used in bars, for example backrest and optimise  the last 10000 bars.

The EA has to be dynamic, meaning that whenever I launch the EA, it will start the first opti/backtest on the last week immediatly and apply the correct parameters  

For example i have a trading strategy using RSI (i.e. buy below 30 and sell above 70), well i want the EA to run a backtest and optimise these two entry and sell signals every week.

If it starts on the 7th of january, it will run a backtest and optimise the entry and sell signals parameters (rsi level 70 and 30) and after finding the optimized values for the previous week, for example 28 and 72, it will apply it for the next week, up to the 14th of january (7 days) in this case. And then on the 14th of january, it will run a backtest and optimise parameters to find the parameters that would have maximised profit for the week between the 7th of january and the 14th. And the same for every week going onwards.

Also if it is possible, when I backtest the entire EA for a 1 year period for example, I would like a file where all the parameters used for each week are stored with the time period they were used
