We'd like to have an EA which could have 2 different parameters:
the OperationURL ex. http://url.com/parameters.php
the HistoryURL ex. http://url.com/history.php
the Operation should be sent when the EA start and then every interval (the interval period is itself a parameter determined by UpdateParametersFrequency response)
