Custom Max Criteria

I would like to know how to write the line for "Custom Max" the genetic custom optimization.  It involves TSimpleMinCriterion  .  I would like the general fully line of code that can be added to any EA. 

My required Minimum Criteria 

Minimum of 5 Trades

Minimum Sharpe Ratio of 1
