Signal/EA required

I require a signal or EA to meet the following requirements;

All trades must have preset tp and sl.

Trades must only be closed when preset tp and sl are hit (no moving of stop losses or take profits allowed).

Win ratio at least 70% or above, the higher the better 

Drawdown is not important.

Sl and tp not to be excessively different, for example no stop loss -100 pips and tp 10 pips. Most allowed is 2x tp for sl. So for example tp 10 pips sl 20 pips but sl should never be more than double tp, again the better risk to reward that is even better.

Trade frequency must be at least 1 trade per day.
