BollyRSI candle

Hi there,

I hope someone has the skills to code this EA/robot.

The snip/picture below perfectly demonstrates what I want codded.

The red arrow in the snip, points at a green candle that has closed outside the top of the of the Bollinger band. At the close of the candle I want a short trade to be executed if the following conditions are met.

The RSI is not overbought. (Shown with another red arrow above)

Conversely the green arrows demonstrate a buy signal. Again only to be executed if the RSI is not oversold

Most importantly for this to work as I have designed I want each trade to be closed by the end of the candle that has been traded. for instance if a trade is opened on a fifteen minute chart/candle, it must be closed when that candle closes fifteen minutes later, if a trade is executed at 14:00 the trade is to be closed at 14:15 ITM or OTM. (with the option for this to be turned off)

Settings for indicators;

Bollinger bands  - period 20 and deviation 2.5 (preferably with the option of changing Bollinger band settings)

RSI 7 with 20 oversold and 80 overbought (preferably with the option of changing the settings)

Also it would be desirable to have the option of SL and TP options and it will need to be used on all time frames and major pairs.
