MQL5 read from .log file with real time updateing the .log file

Hello,

with the FileOpen function from MQL5 you can only read from a file in the folder MQL5\Files but i want to read with a EA program the log files from the folder MQL5\Logs

I also want the log files to be update every second and not after restart the metatrader, i know a trick how it is possible, when you make a right click in the experts tab and you select "open" to open the folder, then it open the folder and automaticly updates the log files. So this 2 thinks i need:

1. Read from folder MQL5\Logs the .log files

2. Update the files every second without nned to restarting metatrader
