Alert For INDI

I need coder to perform task below

1)To create alert for the INDI when candle at the dedicated zone ( RED ZONE)

2) To include arrow when criteria are met and candle Close below  borderline

3) To set up the Notification to Email

Criteria as below Refer photo for SELL

1)Star RED or PINK at the re zone (alert)

2) Candle Close below the borderline RED zone (Arrow)

Criteria as below Refer photo for BUY

1)Star GREEN or PINK at the red zone (alert)

2) Candle Close above the border line RED zone (Arrow)

3)To set Up notification to Email
