I need a function, piece of code to be used in my EAs. it's for binary options for counting the candles after a trade is opened and return the CANDLE's Close Price

I need this code for binary options. my EA opens a trade and closes it. your code must be able to return a specified CANDLE's close price after any order is opened. please read the file attached carefully and see the images. I've had problems with previous programmers cause they didn't understand the job fully and gave me something else. 

Remember: : I DO NOT NEED THE ORDER CLOSE PRICE." your code has nothing to do with opening or closing the positions.
