hello , i want to make this EA,

ea place panding orders sell stop buy stop with using EMA when price is below the EMA line then EA place sell stop
when sell open then place another sell stop if this sell stop is too open then place another sell stop,
if sell stop not opens then update sell stop after 15m and place again at the new price, ,

same for buy orders.
