24 hour scan for pip range scans every minute and adjust inputs

it should scan looking back over the last 24 hours (the time frame needs to be an adjustable field to be able to use different timeframes however we currently use 24) every one minute to  locate the highest price and the lowest price to establish what the pip range is say eurusd 1.140 high and lowest price looking back 24 hours is 1.130 that would be 100 pips then it needs to set this as the take profit 100 stoploss 120 (100 x 1.2) trailing start 30 (100 x .3) trailing (100 x .15) pip gap to new order 10 (100 x .1) and the next minute lets say the high price moves to a new high above the previous 24 hour one of 1.1400 to 1.1420 then the new pip range is 120 as the range is now wider
