Ea based on 3indicators

I need an ea based on following indicators:

5 and 4 digit trading with points 

SMA

ADX

Aroon

down trend:

when at least one bar was above SMA and a bar closed below the SMA  valide until 3rd bar closing below the sma (number o f bars configurable)

up trend:

when at least one bar was below SMA and a bar closed above the SMA  valide until 3rd bar closing below the sma (number o f bars configurable) 

 buy

if uptrend then check if  green  aroon is at 100 if yes and buy ADX is above 20(configurable)= buy ;one order per trend

sell

if down then check if red aroon is at 100 if yes and sell ADX is above 20(configurable)= sell ;one order per trend
