Protection Code

I would like to add to my own indicator ( my own source code)  extra few lines.

A. Expiration data

B. the account name on the Meta Trader 4 platform, in order to protect the indicator.

C. my name and my website and the version of the indicator.   

Please let me know how much and how long it will take to do that.
