Simple Indicator to find Candle Stick "Repeat Pattern"

Hey guys, 

I want you to develop a simple indicator that does the following;

1) Looks into previous 20 bars (15min or above timeframe) and identifies a repeat pattern for example https://www.mql5.com/en/charts/5526372/eurgbpbo-m30-solidary-markets-nz

In this chart you can see a pattern of 2 bears + 1 bull and later on we get another 2 bears my expectation would be to trade the next candle as a Bull thus i would wand an arrow to be shown below the current candle pointing to trade direction (buy/CALL).

 This could be 3 bears + 1 bull  and the repeat of it, or 4 bears +1 bull and the repeat of it. or 5 bears + 1 bull candle. or even patterns of 6 candles.  2) draw a rectangle around the pattern to make it easier to understand where the pattern is located

3) Draw an arrow on top or bottom of current candle for the purpose of taking a reversal trade (binary options) as the pattern is identified.
