Indicator with angle calculation and Candle check needed

Hey!

 I need an indicator that is able to:

* calculate angles in other indicators, e.g. like the Bollinger Bands, MaCD or similar - those specific Indis MQL4 files will be provided

* check candles if they are bearish or bullish in the current and in the higher timeframe simultaneously


In addition it should be adjustable when the angle got measured, at the end or inmidst a candle, and the angle itself should be adjustable too

 

 I hope this is possible to programm.
