I'd hired Aleksei Beliakov to do an EA for me.
After hiring him, I took unwell and was not online for a few weeks, in this time MQL5 proceed a payment to Aleksei Beliakov for a prototype version of the EA that i had not been able to test.
I was happy enough for him to be paid and I expected he would still actually make the thing work. but it does not, it never has.
I have asked him about it various times and waited for him to do it, it seems now he has been paid he is not interested in making the thing he was paid for work.
I have the source code and I think most of what is needed is already done.
The EA is a breakout EA based on fib levels, it appears to me that most of the code is correct apart from a few parts that control the execution of trades (so, although it is close, it is useless).
