Уважаемые коллеги!

Не владею mql, соответственно, прошу помощи в расшифровке имеющегося в mq4 простого тренд индикатора (код строчек 20, не больше), т.е. необходимо описать словами алгоритм работы, и перевести его из mq4 -> mq5
