Оповещение типа Alert на экран + звук, на закрытии сигнальной свечи.+ возможность отправки сообщений на эл.почту и push-сообщений на телефон.

  2 сигнала: первый сигнал - предварительный пока свеча не закрыта.

Второй сигнал - окончательный, когда свеча закрылась и зафиксировала сигнал.
