Re-creating an MQL4 Indicator

Dear All,

I have an MQL4 indicator which needs re-creation. I have written a sketch of how it should work along with C++ code for all the relevant computations.

I also have an existing version, from which certain parts can be re-used, such as the code for visualisation and output of results. 
I am happy to share the code for the existing indicator, along with the shell of the code I put together myself + detailed description
